Molly McCormick  MA CPC
NowTime Coach
Coaching as a career is the culmination of many interests and experiences.
I offer skills developed as a therapist with practical goal setting, action plans, and supportive accountability. I help create a “landing field” for my client’s goals and feelings. A place to settle in and review what is true for that time. This is where a journey unfolds.

Many times clients start with one goal, only to find out that a different and more compelling goal is underneath. “You just never know” has revealed its mystery more than once. The variety of coaching services that I offer work to guide clients toward a deeper connection with themselves, their work, and their lives.

Highlights are:

•  Trained corporate clients in stress resiliency which resulted in changed meeting  formats and overall increased awareness of              stress in the workplace.     www.elementhealthplans.com

•   Served as Executive Director of In Touch, Northwest AIDS Foundation where I educated, motivated and trained over 300  massage       therapists to work with people with AIDS.

•    Founding member of S.T.A.R., a rape crisis center in Anchorage, Alaska.     www.star.ak.org

•    Developed and implemented the first Welfare to Work counseling program in  Everett, Washington.     www.ywcaworks.org

•    Served as President of the Board for Marin Services for Women during a rapid growth  period and accrual of new facility.
Under  my  leadership, the services and operating budget doubled the number of women treated in the county of Ma
rin.    www.mswinc.org

Founding Board member for Team Survivor  Marin whose focus is the promotion of fitness and health awareness through                    scheduled  physical activities for women surviving cancer.     www.teamsurvivormarin.com

Molly called me the most stubborn and difficult client she had ever worked with. Yet, she hung in there with me....and the work paid off. I changed my behavior, got better results in my life...and Molly is the one who served as a very effective catalyst to make it all happen. She's the best!"
